Healthy/Beneficial Coffee Additives




These are two healthy things that I add to my coffee in the morning that also makes it taste that much more amazing, much like a natural sweetener! 
Putting these in your coffee is a great habit to have, to insure that you will get all of these health benefits every single day.


Cinnamon is an anti-viral, provides blood sugar control, reduces body fat percent and helps increase lean muscle mass, anti-microbial, anti-oxidant, cancer preventer, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), helps Alzheimer's disease, PMS and much more!! It's basically pure amazingness! And when added to coffee, tastes great!


Coconut Oil helps our bodies to fight bacteria, viruses, lowers cholesterol, balances weight, boosts the immune system, stress reducer, and is also provides a relief from kidney problems, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, HIV and cancer while helping improve dental quality and bone strength. Amazing!! Oh- and it taste delicious!!!!


After you are finished your lips feel extra moisturizer from the coconut oil in the coffee and of course you have your fresh organic wake-me-up so you are ready to take on the day!
