What's on my Grocery List?

Hi guys!! This post is a little different from the rest but I've had multiple people ask me about this so I thought it would be fun to share. Now, I'm not Vegan nor am I a Vegetarian but I do eat very little meat. The meat you see on this list is for my fiancé who is a professional athlete and meat is a necessity in his diet to be able to train at the levels he trains at (according to his race doctors so don't bash me).

Whew! Seems like a ton of food…because it is. But when you live with an athlete and hardly ever eat out, this is our list and we have to re-stock every week (the meat we can buy in bulk and freeze). 


Feel free to print this out (or write it down) to take with you the next time you go shopping. That helps me a ton!

This is my standard list that sometimes changes if we don't need to get something that we may have leftovers of or if theres something different that we need to add.
